Contemporary Home To Be Built In FPSE

The Forest Park Southeast Development committee has endorsed the proposed transfer of vacant LRA lots to new home owners moving from downtown. Urban Improvement Construction + Central Design Office are the chief architects and will serve as the developer. Proposed is a brand new, 3 bedroom, 2,700 sq. ft.,  single family home on 4230-32 Gibson.  The new home will also feature an attached 500 sq. ft. apartment, and 2 car garage.  The new home is a vibrant, contemporary design and will add variety to the visual appearance of the neighborhood. The development should be completed within 24 months. This will be a great addition to the neighborhood.

We recently highlighted the need for new development for FPSE, and this project is a great example of what can be done in the area.
